Thirsty Cow Black Angus Woodae Galbi

This is the best thing on the menu, I order this probably 10x because of how flavorful and tender the meat is. Nicely marbled and grills so nicely!

USDA Prime Black Angus Brisket

We went here two weeks ago and it was our first time and it was amazing! The waiters and waitresses brought us a little bit of everything to try since we had never been there before and it was amazing! Everything tasted so good and the service was great!

Melts in your mouth. Satisfying. Also good when cooked well, way better than bacon.

Black Angus Hand Cut Short Rib

This cut of meat is so delicious! It has just the right amount of fat on it so it doesn't get chewy even if you like it cooked more through. I personally like it on the medium rare side so it's even more tender. The cut being close to the bone gives it such a rich beefy flavor. The way it's cut also, the criss-cross style, makes it cook quickly so you don't have to wait so long! They are also very generous with the portion and the quality is always top tier. Be sure to get the ssamjang butter and smear some on the meat while cooking! It gives an even richer nuttier flavor from the butter and a slight salty-sweetness from the ssamjang. Definitely my favorite cut of meat and you can't get it anywhere else.
