Born in Korea and raised in the United States, I've always appreciated the best of both cultures. In many ways, Thirsty Cow is the offspring of an American steakhouse and Korean barbecue - bringing together premium cuts, traditional grilling, and the joy of sharing a meal around the table.
I created Thirsty Cow to be the restaurant I personally want to dine at and proudly bring my family and friends to. Every decision we make is guided by a simple question: Would I be proud to serve this to my family and friends?
Unlike takeout, Korean barbecue is all about the in-person experience - gathering around the grill, sharing dishes, and celebrating life's moments with family and friend.
